Commissions are via PayPal invoice only, and do NOT come with commercial rights as standard.
Refunds are accepted, details in my TOS.I can draw most creatures, feral/anthro, and humanoids.
I won't draw strong gore or subjects that aren’t PC/make me uncomfortable.
○ Multiple character discounts: 2 = -10% ¦ 3 = -15% ¦ 4+ = -25% (applied to full price) (Excludes mini icons and YCHs)
○ Complex designs (wings, extra limbs, lots of accessories, complex patterns / clothing, etc) will have an additional charge between £3-15. Including hands or paws in a bust will also have this charge.
○ Simple backgrounds are free. I am not currently offering illustrated backgrounds.
○ NSFW = + £10-40 (anthro/human only)
○ I will review rough sketches with you before proceeding further (excluding mini icons unless requested). Any changes are welcome at sketch stage, but once the sketch is approved, large changes will not be made for free.

They will be placed into the PayPal invoice to confirm that you agree to them. Ignorance is not an exuse for breaking them.

8) Design Terms and ConditionsIgnorance does not excuse you from these Terms. It is your responsibility to read them. I will blacklist customers who break my Terms for my own protection.
Note: "you"/"your" = the commissioner/client │ "I"/"my" = Indianimations(1) Payment:
All commissions will be taken through a PayPal invoice which includes my Terms of Service. Paying the invoice indicates that you have read and accepted my Terms, regardless of whether someone else has paid in your stead*.I accept GBP (£) via Paypal invoice only.PayPal charge-backs are not appropriate nor permitted, unless no response is received for 2 months. I will always respond to queries unless physically unable. My refund policy is stated in section 3. Any usage or history of unfair chargebacks will result in being immediately and permanently blacklisted.Multiple characters in one commission grants you a discount:
2 = -10% ¦ 3 = -15% ¦ 4+ = -25%I will not start the commission until I receive the payment.*If someone else is paying for you (friend, parent, etc), you must have their permission, which I may ask for proof of. If I receive a chargeback for an unauthorised transaction due to you not having permission, I will hold you accountable and file a claim through PayPal.Payment plans are accepted, but the commission will only be sketched at 50% payment. (Excludes YCHs)(2) Service:
Commissions can take any length of time between 1 day - 2 months. Please do not pressure/harass me, but feel free to ask for wips/updates.I retain the right to refuse/cancel a commission at any time. If I cancel your commission then you will receive a refund in line with the appropriate refund policy (3).I retain the right to refuse you service if I deem you untrustworthy or suspicious. This includes, but is not limited to, blank profiles and accounts on my blacklist.If you are commissioning NSFW art, I will require proof of age (must be 18+).I will send you WIPs (work in progress) to make sure you are fully satisfied before completion. If you want any line changes, these must be declared at the sketch stage. (Excludes YCHs and mini icons)If you completely reject a sketch (i.e. you need a brand new sketch), I retain the right to repurpose the rejected sketch in any way I please. Rejected sketches are limited to 3.I will make minor changes but not large changes once the sketch has been approved and further progress has been made.
'Large / minor changes' are subject to my discretion, but a general rule is that if it takes more than 5 minutes to change, it is a large change.
If you want large changes to the art after the lineart/colour has been completed, I will request an additional fee, or, if a resolution cannot be reached, cancel your commission and refund you the remainder according to the appropriate refund policy (3).If you need minor edits to the art at any stage, even a long time after the art has been completed, please ask. Minor edits are always free of charge.I will require a link or image to your character(s) reference(s) with clear colours and markings. I will not work from description alone unless it is a custom.If you do not provide me with a pose/expression/theme then I will draw your character(s) how I decide.I will not draw fetish/ incest/ pedophilic/ feral nsfw/ "cub" art. And I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the subject makes me uncomfortable.In the case of commissioning a custom design, contact will be frequent in order to make changes along the way to ensure you are happy with the design. Once completed (after you confirmed you were consistently happy with the direction it was going in) I will not issue any refund/full overhaul of the design. You are welcome to resell the design for the purchase price.(3) Refund policies:
Full refund requests are only accepted if I have not yet started on the art or if I cancel the commission myself. If the art has been completed, then you are not entitled to a full or partial refund/reimbursement for any reason.Standard refund policy:

Refund amount will be determined by how close your YCH is to completion. If it hasn’t been started, you will receive a full refund. If edits and colouring has been started, a 20-80% refund will be offered upon my discretion. If it has been completed, you are not entitled to a refund of any amount.If you request a refund, you will receive the artwork made up to the point of refunding. No additional edits or amendments will be provided, and my Terms of Use (4) for the art remain the same.If a refund is requested, I will send it within 24 hours, however the time it takes for a refund to be transferred into your account is not my responsibility, as PayPal can hold funds for indeterminate amounts of time which are outside of my control.(4) Terms of Use
I retain full copyrights to the artwork and must always be clearly credited.You are not permitted to erase, edit or obscure my signature.No modification of my artwork is permitted, except filters and adding a background to a png which has a transparent background.You are not permitted to create derivatives of the commission, or any of my artwork, for profit or publicity purposes. Examples include, but are not limited to: tracing, copying, recolouring, printing for merchandise (unless a commercial licence is purchased (4.5).Printing is permitted for personal use (no profit is made). Tracing and copying are permitted for personal, practise purposes only, and if posted online, must clearly credit me as the original artist.My artwork is not to be used to support any agenda which is deemed harmful or illegal. Examples include, but are not limited, to: transphobia, homophonia, pedophilia, zoophilia, drug use, hate groups, MAGA, zionism, fascism, violence, etc. Religion does not excuse you from these Terms.(4.5) Commercial Use
My standard commission rates are for non-commercial use only.
If you wish to commission me for art to be used commercially, you must discuss it with me prior to payment. If I find my art being sold on any products without my permission, I will pursue legal action, including, but not limited to, financial compensation.(5) Posting online
I retain the right to post the commission on my official art accounts, unless discussed otherwise prior to accepting your commission.You are permitted to repost the commissioned artwork only with proper credit. (Tag @indianimations in description)If you post my art of your character on Toyhouse, please credit me ON SITE as the artist - Indianimations.(6) AI Usage Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork (or any of my art) to train, generate or create AI models or algorithms.My artwork may not be used as input for any artificial intelligence, machine learning or automated generation systems.This includes but is not limited to AI based: image generators, style transfer tools, lighting systems, animations or any AI based creative software.Violation of this clause constitutes breach of contract and may result in legal action.(7) Clarifications/disputes
I am not responsible for any errors in your reference sheet. If you have provided me with an incorrect reference sheet, I am not obligated to make changes for free. Minor edits, however, are usually fine.I am not responsible for any monetary or copyright disputes over the character provided for me to draw. Your character is your responsibility, and by extension, any money you spend on said character is also your responsibility. For example, I will not provide a refund outside of my refund terms should you discover that the character you have commissioned me to draw is stolen/owned by someone else.The artwork I create is not to be used for NFTs [Non-Fungible Tokens]. I do not condone such behavior or approve of NFTs as a concept. Any artwork of mine found to be sold as an NFT will immediately be reported and I will sue for copyright infringement.(8) Design Terms and Conditions:Please read through these before owning any of my designs:❥ Do not delete them from toyhouse. If you sell them to an off-site user, transfer the character to me and I will store it in a safe place for any new owner who wants it. If you need something changed, ASK. If you don’t want them, sell/trade/gift them.
❥ Small edits to the design are fine, but please do not change it completely - then it's not my design anymore. If you're unsure, please message me!
❥ Changing the species is absolutely fine. If changing an animal to a human or vice versa, feel free to add yourself as a designer (I must remain as the creator).
❥ Do not copy/steal/rip-off my designs, or create relatives/friends with very similar designs. “They’re siblings so they look the same” is not a valid excuse to steal.
❥ Do not obscure/erase/edit my signature on any of my art of the character.
❥ You are free to use the character commercially (excluding my artwork). You must credit me for the design.
❥ You can sell/trade my designs but don't scam anyone. Value should be tracked accurately (commissions, trades, personal art, payment art). Gift art cannot add value to my designs. Do not sell my designs for a higher price due to “promised artwork” which you will personally add on before/after selling.
❥ Please DO value your personal art at your commission prices.
❥ Do not make your own terms for the character, e.g. 'You must change the gender', 'You can't resell them', 'You must give them back if you don't want them', etc. If you no longer own it, you have no right to tell the new owner what to do with it, even if you gifted it.
❥ Do not intentionally sell/trade/give them to people on my blacklist.
❥ You do NOT have permission to feed/upload any of my art/designs into AI-based engines/AI "art" websites. I do not allow my art or designs to be butchered into new images in any way, shape or form.
